Company will be responsible for the processes
and procedures necessary for the auditing of CDMA networks. This
associate is also responsible for any modification in CDMA networks
depending upon clarification and further agreement with the clients.

Submit RF engineering
design recommendations that include antenna type, antenna
centerline, and antenna downtilts, and power output levels,
number of voice channels. |

Perform field
transmitter tests to justify proposed sites. |
|
Lead CDMA system
optimization efforts for existing networks and subsequent
requirements to achieve maximum coverage & network quality. |

Reduction of blocked/dropped
calls & origination/access failures. Utilize statistical
data to examine relevant traffic and network performance related
issues. |

Address CDMA performance issues
(i.e. pilot pollution, pilot surprise, neighbor list issues,
etc). |

Analyze collected drive data
and subsequent CDMA layer-3 messaging to identify and resolve
network performance issues. |

Develop and improve
processes and procedures required to measure CDMA network
quality. |
|
Support technical
trials of CDMA/RF related technologies including: Smart Antenna
systems, CDMA repeaters, HTS Filters, Tower Top Amplifiers,
etc. |
